Most cases handled by the Immigration Law Group are done on a flat fee basis. We find that this allows the client to budget for the case appropriately and it keeps the flow of communication open between client and the attorney. A client never has to worry that his retainer is not replenished or that a simple question will result in a $100 bill.

Filing fees to the government are additional and attorney fees are never quoted with the filing fees included.

All clients are entitled to and will receive a written engagement agreement outlining the services the attorney will perform and the fee the client will pay for the service.
